 2012-2017: for the needs of the Environmental Agency (EARS) I managed projects for regular annual biological monitoring of the ecological quality of inland waters for the biological element phytoplankton

Work in expert commissions
 I actively participate in the working groups in the COST Action DNAqua-Net (CA 15219), where the possibilities of using molecular algae detection in biological monitoring are studied
 a representative of Slovenia for phytobenthos biological element within the group Ecostat as part of a working group of the Water Framework Directive - Phase 3 intercalibration
 member of international group The Science Advisory Board

Awards and certificates
 2014: Prometheus award for excellence in science communication awarded by Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts for monograph
 EQAT international certificate for identification and quantification of phytoplankton and phytobenthos species (2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016)

Education and training
 active participation in more than 50 conferences, meetings, consultations, workshops, training, courses, seminars, etc.
 the results of applicative tasks are recorded in more than 55 final reports, studies, studies and pre-studies
