My major research focus is on accounting for variation in multiple protein folding and protein structure statistical models using a wide array of computational and statistical techniques. In addition, I also continue collaborations in clinical trials research (PERFUSE Study Group: Harvard Medical School/ BIDMC), developmental neurotoxicology (Currie Lab, University of Southern Maine), predictive analytics and machine learning in EMR (Maine Medical Center), rural health research (Maine Rural Health Research Institute), as well as other projects.
