•	Conserve Endangered mammals, birds and reptiles and control of their illegal trade
•	Promote Sustainable Livelihoods Approach through forest based Micro Enterprise development and extension programs focusing especially in Essential Oil production of high valued Himalayan trees and Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs)
•	Promote Cultivation, Management, and Marketing of Himalayan NTFPs
•	Support to both Community Forest User Groups (CFUGs) and Leasehold Forest User Groups for Strengthening Governance and Institutional Strengthening 
•	Facilitate for the betterment of Women, Dalit, Janajati and illiterate people to accelerate them in Decision-making Process 
•	Prepared five-year Forest Management Plan of Jumla 
•	Support to Stakeholders for Program Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation
•	Design and Deliver the Technical and Social Trainings to Forestry Technicians and Forest User Groups
