Our laboratory uses computers to extract knowledge from Omics data, and also develops technology for the same. As one of its studies, our lab analyzes meta-genome data targeting microbe communities in the environment. In particular, meta-genome data concerning the origins of intestinal bacteria could be described as extremely new material in the study of relationships with human health. Our aim is to clarify the interaction between microbe communities and people with a connection to illness including intestinal environment.
