Roger S. Seymour


PhD in Zoology supervised by George Bartholomew in 1972 at UCLA. Postdoc at Monash University followed by a permanent position at the University of Adelaide, Australia. DSc 1999. Personal chair 2001. Alexander von Humboldt-Foundation - Fellowship 1985, Forschungspreis 2006.
Interests: exchanges between organisms and environments, with a broadly based comparative and evolutionary approach. Respiration, metabolism, energetics and thermoregulation, including plants, insects and archosaurs.
