Chemistry (Center of BioModular Multi-Scale Systems for Precision Medicine)
I am working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center of BioModular Multi-Scale Systems for Precision Medicine (CBMM) at the University of Kansas. My current research focuses on advancing resistive pulse sensing (RPS) technologies to develop screening tests for the early detection of ovarian cancer using extracellular vesicles (EVs) as biomarkers through liquid biopsy. I design and optimize microfluidic platforms, analyze single-particle signatures, and integrate computational approaches to improve diagnostic sensitivity and reliability. I also mentor graduate students and collaborate with clinical and academic partners to translate these technologies toward real-world precision medicine applications.
