Lead editor of "Palm Oil: Production, processing,characterization and uses", co editor of "Healthful Lipids". Awards include WIPO's Best Invention by Woman Award in 2008 in Brussels, Belgium. Sits on the Editorial Board of the Food and Bioprocess Technology Journal and is a fellow of the Institute of Bioscience, UPM.
