Summary
During my PhD, I have mostly gained experience in TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). I used this technique to investigate the effects of acupuncture upon upper-limb motor evoked potentials (MEPs), elicited by a TMS of the primary motor cortex.
Recently, I’ve spent three years as postdoctoral research associate at University of Oregon where I’ve used magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique in order to investigate the mechanisms that underlie intentional actions involving the hands.
