Marcia McDuffie

Summary

Marcia McDuffie has been studying the genetics of autoimmune diseases for over 25 years. Using genetic mapping and the development of congenic, autoimmunity-resistant mouse lines, she and her laboratory have published in the areas of Type 1 diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, and Crohn's disease, as well as reports defining mechanisms of T cell repertoire development.
