Dr. Loo-See Beh is Associate Professor at the Department of Administrative Studies & Politics (Public Administration), Faculty of Economics & Administration, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her research focus includes public administration, human resource management, management and business studies, ethics, sociopolitical studies, and political economy. She sits on several committees and coordinators of several programs, collaborative research projects and seminars locally and abroad, resource person and as associate member with a number of local and international institutions. She has published both locally and internationally and sits on the editorial board of several journals and serves as external reviewers for many reputable international journals and publications. Her most recent publications has appeared in journals Public Management Review, Review of Public Personnel Administration, Supply Chain Management: an International Journal, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, PLoS One, PeerJ, Review of Educational Research, BMC Research Notes, Australian Journal of Public Administration, The Copenhagen Journal of Asian Studies, etc., and also a recent book on Culture and Gender in Leadership: Perspectives from the Middle East and Asia published by Palgrave Macmillan, UK (2013).
