Summary

I have a 1st class honours Medical genetics BSc and a interdisciplinary PhD on "Collagen derived peptides as modulators of collagenous tissue" awarded by Queen Mary University of London. Currently, I hold a postdoc position funded by BBSRC in the lab of Dr. John Connelly in Blizard Institute, Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. My research is focused on nuclear mechanotransduction in keratinocytes. Mechanical forces and biophysical cues regulate diverse cellular functions and our aim is to elucidate the mechanisms by which cells sense and respond to these signals.
