Summary

Luis qualified from the Faculdade de Medicina VeterinĂ¡ria in Lisbon, Portugal in 2001. In 2008 he completed a residency in Large Animal Surgery at The University of Cambridge and is a board certified Specialist in Equine Large Animal Surgery.
He is now undertaking a new challenge in his career by doing a PhD in the exciting areas of bioengineering and biomechanics under the supervision of Prof. John Hutchinson, Dr. Sandra Shefelbine and Dr. Russel Main.
