Summary

Started as Assistant Editor in 2009, I then worked as Managing Editor of several journals. Being an editor is more like being a product manager who need to know about the product, that is the journal and its derived products such as databases, who need to know about your users, that are the authors, readers, reviewers, editorial team members. Journal is not a simple reservoir of information either, it is a scientific community, which need the editors to run, to facilitate and to disseminate.
