Summary

I'm both a taxonomist and an evolutionary biologist working mostly on insects. My main group of interest are chalcid wasps, including fig wasps and groups of importance for biological control, i.e. Trichogramma. I'm also involved in projects dealing with phylogenomics of Chalcidoidea (Agaonidae, Pteromalidae and Chalcididae) and moths. I'm involved in the characterization of communities of vectors transmitting Xylella fastidioda to plants in Europe.
