Summary

I am a biologist with a PhD in Evolutionary Biology. I have been studying primates since 2001, in different forests of Madagascar and in captivity. My PhD research contributed to the recognition of a new lemur species, Avahi meridionalis. I am interested in behavioral ecology, biological markets, anxiety responses, dominance style, conflict resolution and mechanisms underlying empathy, in humans and non human primates. I also consider non primate species as a control to understand primates.
