Inayatullah Shah Sayed


Dr Sayed Inayatullah Shah received PhD degree in Medical Physics from King’s College London, University of London, UK. He is currently working in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy, Kulliyyah (Faculty) of Allied Health Sciences, International Islamic University Malaysia. His contribution as a lecturer and researcher in University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan and Universiti Sains Malaysia also make up an important part of his academic and research career. Specifically his areas of research are Medical Physics, Medical Imaging and Radiation Protection.

Undoubtedly, 27 years of teaching and research has seen Dr. Sayed progress immensely as an academician and researcher. He has also proudly co-authored two books, Research Methodologies: A Practical Approach, (2011) and Research Methodologies, an Islamic Perspective (2015). In addition to that, Dr. Sayed holds the credit for publishing a number of impactful research articles in journals of national and international repute. He has also been a recipient of gold, silver, and bronze medals as a result of his outstanding research contributions in various areas of his respective field. Also, he has completed a couple of research projects and few are ongoing.
