PhD student in biology. Holder of graduate studies diploma in Biochemistry (2007) and a Magister in Food and Human Nutrition (2011). Currently, working as a permanent researcher at Biotechnology Research Center and precisely in Food Biotechnology Division. My area of interest is applied enzymology.
