Summary

With a background in physics and neuroinformatics, Gully is the head of the Biomedical Knowledge Engineering group at USC's Information Sciences Institute. His work is centered on developing innovative methods to acquire, store, process and empower scientific knowledge, which he calls 'Building a Breakthrough Machine'.
