Charles Frasier is retired and enjoying doing independent research. He has BS Math, MS Electrical Engineering and Naval Engineer degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been a Naval officer, division manager and principal investigator for contract research projects at private companies. His research has sought to explain how systems work spanning systems from ships, satellite control networks, command control communications intelligence, strategic defense to animals.
