Research Interests in Molecular and Cellular Approach to the Study of Development Biology of Mammalian Germ Cells include: 1) Regulation of tissue stem/germ cells or germline stem cells differentiated into germ cells ; 2) Regulative mechanism of mammalian oogenesis in vitro (i.e. mature oocytes developed from primordial germ cells) ; 3) Meiotic entry and cell-cell interactions during germ cell cyst breakdown and primordial follicular formation.
