My research interest is on quantitative genetics, statistical genetics and computational technologies on these genetics branches. Currently, my research focuses on genomic selection or prediction using high density markers in livestock and wild populations. GVCBLUP software has been developed in our group leaded by Prof. Yang Da. GVCBLUP can be used to estimate variance components and heritabilities of genomic additive and dominance effect and downloaded from http://animalgene.umn.edu/.
