I am a founder member of the African Lion Working Group (affiliate of the IUCN Cat Specialist Group and the Conservation Breeding Specialist Group of the Species Survival Commission) and has been a member of the IUCN Cat Specialist Group since 2002. I am working on monitoring and surveying large carnivore populations and assessing the landscape suitability to conserve these carnivores across different land uses in Botswana.
