I am a senior researcher at the National Institute of Agronomic research in the MaIAGE (Mathematics and Informatics applied from Genome to Environment, Jouy-en-Josas, France) and is also associate to the LPMA (Lab. Probabilites et Modeles aleatoires,, UPMC and Paris Diderot, Paris). I have a PhD thesis and a Habilitation in Mathematical Statistics. My fields of interest are the Statistics for dependent data (Stochastic processes, time series, diffusion processes, Hidden Markov models) with a view to applications in Ecology and Epidemics. I am especially concerned with the inference when available data are incomplete or partial. I am also interested in the inference from genomics data .
