Ashkan Tehrani

Summary

I am a postdoctoral fellow of biomedical engineering at University of Calgary. He is affiliated with Pharmaceutical Production Research Facility and McCaig Institute for Bone and Joint Health at Foothills Hospitals. My expertise combines interdisciplinary areas of stem cells biology, materials engineering and regenerative medicine. Specifically, I focus on mechanical signaling to adult stem cells using computer-controlled bioreactors and developing injectable biomaterials to deliver engineered constructs for tissue repair.
