Summary

I am Senior Software Engineer at the Center For Computational Science (CCS). I have Over 7 years of experience in information technology in various SDLC levels of Application development which include Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Debugging and Complete Support to the large scale applications. I was the lead developer for the project LINCS Data Portal, LIFE knowledge based search engine. I was also part of the data exchange specifications and implemented a prototype distributed information management system processing all LINCS pilot data. I was also involved in developing the BioAssay Ontology (BAO),Drug Target Ontology, GPCR Ontolgy and a knowledge based search system BaoSearch and BAOPrime that is based on BAO.
