I am an enthusiastic early career scientist with an interdisciplinary training and a strong computational background. My interests lie in leveraging the information hidden in large-scale omics data. I develop machine learning models to predict cancer biomarkers, cancer type, and subtype to help design effective cancer therapies. I also build the large-scale dynamical immune system model to study co-infections under a range of pathogens.
