Summary

I am currently the head of the Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Group at the CABD/CSIC. Research fields include evolution of signaling pathways (with emphasis on RAS and the DNA Damage Response), structure/function prediction approaches to infer mechanistic details of protein function, evolution of protein families, methods development and Integrative Biology in the context of Biomedicine.
