I am a researcher at Wageningen University and Research Centre. Partially I work at the Applied Bioinformatics group (part of Plant Research International, a research institute of Wageningen UR) and partially at the Chair of Mathematical and Statistical Methods (part of Wageningen University). My research involves systems biology, mathematical modelling and statistical analysis of networks, and (bioinformatics) analysis of protein and DNA sequences.
I did my PhD at Utrecht University from 2002-2006; my thesis deals with computational methods to predict how proteins bind to each other.
