CONSULTANT WILDLIFE VETERINARIAN | Maharashtra Forest Department India 2001-2012.
PHD | December 2013 | University of Missouri | The focal study region for my dissertation research was a protected area in central India, and I combined field work, laboratory diagnostic work and epidemiologic modeling to study diseases of free-ranging dogs, outcomes of proposed disease control measures, and the broader ecological framework of such pathogen-host interactions. This work provides valuable insights regarding local and global implications of dog diseases and disease control measures for wildlife conservation.
